The 3333 California team believes that the success of every project hinges upon thoughtful collaboration – including substantial dialogue with the surrounding communities. The concepts and design for this innovative, pedestrian-friendly, and environmentally forward-thinking project have been developed with input from hundreds of community members over a three-year planning process, including more than 140 neighborhood meetings.
